I have project architecture like on the image. If that not helps, embed it into the flash. That requires to build your own firmware image, which definitely works best if you use a Unix type OS, like Linux or OS X.</p>

It's too obscure for my opinion. You can always copy the file to the board with ftp, using FileZilla or FireFTP.
