LoPy4 not connecting to Sigfox Public Network

Hello! I've recently received a LoPy4. I updated the firmware, double checked the RCZ, activated the dev kit, and followed the quick start example from the Pycom documentation, but the LoPy4 does not connect to the Sigfox backend. I can provide debugging information if it's needed.
