Avoid JLink firmware update by Zephyrs west(nrfjprog)

I'm working with an Nordic nRF 52840_PCA10056 PDK and Zephyr, my problem is that if I want to flash firmware on the device, the flashing is blocked by the software trying to install new firmware on the debugger. The problem is that the debugger is locked down and the update fails all the time. On Windows you could press the "no" button in the "New Firmware"-dialog arround thirty times and it would work, but with the CLI on Linux (Ubuntu 64-bit using west for flashing) that wouldn't work.
Does anybody had a similar experience and knows a good solution to avoid the problem ?
