New Release Candidate 1.20.2.rc11 for Pygate

Updated the firmware just now to rc11, can confirm debug messages over telnet work just fine on LoPy4 + PyGate + PoE adapter. Thx!

@peterp Thank you! Very interested in testing "Pygate debug messages are printed to telnet". However, the tar.gz file for rc11 does not have a clickable link in the docs (yet). For those that want to try, you can replace rc10 for rc11 in the download links and it seems to work, like so:

1. WiPy: https://software.pycom.io/downloads/pygate/WiPy-1.20.2.rc11.tar.gz
2. LoPy4: https://software.pycom.io/downloads/pygate/LoPy4-1.20.2.rc11.tar.gz
3. GPy: https://software.pycom.io/downloads/pygate/GPy-1.20.2.rc11.tar.gz

So the files are hosted but the links aren't available yet I think.
