PPS from gps on Pytrack board

I just got the pytrack board from Chicago Electronic Distributors; I could not find a schematic diagram for it or example code on how to read PPS (Pulse Per Second) from the GPS. I hope it has the connection to port pin that program can read it or use it to interrupt program every second.

As far as I can see the PPS pin is unconnected
