L01 OEM modules new pricing

I see that the price of L01 OEM modules has gone up in the recent days.
How does this tie with the announcement that used to be posted on the sales page before:

PLEASE NOTE: Current discounted pricing for low volumes will cease 31st August 2017. New pricing will apply thereafter.

I understand that if it was for delivery times deviations can occur due to manufacturing and other unexpected activities, but that's totally different.
