General Discuss about application Servers and lorawan.

Hello everyone!
I would like to ask about application servers and payload decode of lorawan.
I want to use a program to decode the payload that i am receiving and for the decoding i want to use python instead of javascript. Moreover, i want to move that decoded data to the application server i wii choose (i.e Thingspeak).My Network Server is loriot. So my questions are:
Do you know any program in which i can write python for decoding the payload and then to move my data to my application server?
I tried to use node red but i am struggling.
