 Hi everyone ! I received the SiPy yesterday (with the expansion board) and I try to update the firmware but it doesn't work....
 And I have an old version of it... I have the v. 1.1.2.b1... I saw in the forum that there is a v. 1.6.10.b1 ! But I can't find it...!In addition, when I try to update the firmware, it says that "Setup has finished installing Pycom Firmware" (and I don't have the Device ID and PAC), but in "Atom" when I asked for the "firmware version" It says '1.6.10.b1'... Can someone help me please ? Thank you in advance ! Océane I used the SiPy
 On Windows 10
 With Atom v.1.18.0 and Pymakr 1.0.3
 I follow the start guide : https://docs.pycom.io/chapter/gettingstarted/installation/pymakr.html

 @OceaneHebert This may be an access rigth problem. Can you coonect to the SiPy with a terminal emulator like Screen or Picocom. If no, you need the proper access right to /dev/ttyUSB0. The easiest was is with;: sudo adduser <you_user_id> dialoutYou have to logout login again, to make that acitve. Alternatively, you could try to run the update as super-user with sudo.

 Hi@jmarcelino I retry on Linux and yes, I saw the correct serial port, but it doesn't work too...
 Here is the interface of the updating tool : 0_1503558174807_Problem_firmware_update.pdfI have correctly followed this step : - Disconnect your device from your computer
- Connect a jumper cable or wire between G23 and GND
- Reconnect the board via USB to your computer
- Run the Firmware Upgrade tool --> Doesn't work

 @OceaneHebert
 Can you see the correct serial port in the Pycom Firmware Update app?
 If so can you post what is it showing as here (or post a screenshot of the app)

 Yes of course... But it doesn't work...
 I try on Mac OS too, and it says :
 "The upgrade failed, please check the connections and try the steps again.
 This is the log of the upgrading process :
