Pytrack do not show in DFU mode

Hi there, i followed the step in https://forum.pycom.io/topic/1524/how-to-pytrack-and-pysense-firmware-upgrade-in-windows with all the files downloaded, when i start to open zadig and and the pytrack didn't show in DFU mode. I have tried in many times. Anyone got any idea on this?

@mj you need to start the DFU upload within a few seconds of power on. After that it will exit DFU mode.

You also need to press on the Pytrack button while you power on.

After trying many times i manage to got this

and i try to put in the command:
dfu-util-static.exe -D pytrack_0.0.4.dfu

but why is it still fail??
