Sipy overheating

My Sipy started overheating, so I disconnected it
Now as soon as I power it up, it is so hot I can't touch it and the blue LED doesn't flash even

Screwed?
Any advice please!!

So you used a 5v usb charger and connected it to Vin?

@jcaron I was using by itself and using a voltage regulated charger
it was on Vin (3.5-5.5V) and to the ground
same thing i did before, nothing different

@sandking Were you using it with an Expansion board, Pysense or Pytrack, or by itself? If by itself, by which pin did you power it, at what voltage?
