The following changes to the CLI tool have been made:

A new global option -r / --reset is now available which should use Espressif's method of resetting the board into firmware update mode.
Fixes and issue with the -c / --continuation option for FTDI based Expansion Boards. Thanks to @robert-hh for the bug report.
Fixes an issue that would incorrectly identify the flash size when using the erase_fs command.
