Current Status of CAT-M1 in America

I have been trying to find the current status of getting the gpy to connect to Verizon or AT&T in America without any luck. There are several threads talking about issues but I don't see any resolution.
Hardware:

1. SIM Card: Hologram
2. gpy with your antenna and expansion board 2.0
   Area: Western United States of America: Idaho, Utah, Wyoming.
   Does the Pycom gpy connect to the M1 network and work?

Unfortunately Pycom doesn't/can't offer area specific coverage information.

Officially the only supported setup is Verizon using Verizon Cat M1 SIM card.
