Sigfox FSK on FiPy Not Supported?

I'd like to create a point-to-point Sigfox communication between two FiPy's. According to the documentation, I should be using Sigfox FSK. However, this post points out that FSK is not supported for FiPy's.

Is there any other way for me to achieve my goal?

What devices do support Sigfox FSK?
