Who defines the metadata times?

Hello,

I am receiving packet from a lopy, but the metadata time is incorrect, I adjust the time in my gateway whit

utime.timezone(-18000)

I can see the correct time in my gateway but the metadata time received in TTN is incorrect. DO you know how to update the metadata time?
