Pycom ESP32 Wi-Fi Mesh Network Libraries?

Hello!

I wanted to ask if there are any complete MicroPython ESP32 Wi-Fi mesh network libraries that could be used LoPy's. A quick Google search seemed to suggest none, but I wanted to ask for confirmation.

Also, I know that Pycom is currently developing a LoRa mesh network, but does anyone know if Pycom is planning on implementing a Wi-Fi mesh network for their boards?

@joseph I'm afraid I can't give you a timeline. The BT mesh is developed by Espressif, once they release it, we can start working on the implementation. We'll update the forum when we have a development version ready.

Out of curiosity, is there a timeline for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth mesh network development? If so, when can we expect prototypes like the LoRa mesh prototype?

Hi @Joseph,

WiFi mesh is implemented by Espressif here and we are planning to implement it later as well. Bluetooth Mesh is also in the works (also from Espressif)
