  • Hi @Ralph

Already did that after posting this, and it indeed got rid of this line

Oct 20 10:52:21 mbPro lsd[266]: LaunchServices: Could not store lsd-identifiers file at /private/var/db/lsd/com.apple.lsdschemes.plist

but this one still remains, and the IDE doesn't start..

    Oct 20 10:52:21 mbPro com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.pycom.pymkr.1026912[23331]): Service exited with abnormal code: 1

I indeed use el Capitan ..

    Niels.

  • Hi @nielsoo,

We haven't seen this problem before, but if I search online I suspect this is a mac problem, which occurs after updating from Mavericks to El Capitan. The fix seems to be to create the lsd folder and .plist file. Look at this post. I would try it without the chmod command first:

    cd /private/var/db
    mkdir lsd
    touch /private/var/db/lsd/com.apple.lsdschemes.plist

I hope that works for you.

  • Hi (like the b4 version it doesn't start up on my mac
