Pymakr console can't be used

Hello,
I am new with Pymakr and configuring a Pycom/Sipy board with Atom. The thing is, since a few weeks, I am facing a problem that I've never met before and have really no idea how to fix it. First of all, even if the board is connected to the computer through a USB cable, I sitll get the ''Connection error:Error:timeout'' displayed. And also, even if my project has a name, it's not even display next to the ''Connected'' and green sign. Most important, I can't write any command line on the Pymakr console and I can't even run the code. If I press the ''run'' button, it's not running and the ''running code'' message is displayed for a long time and nothing happens.
I would really appreciate if someone could provide me with further informations. I can provide the code or any other detail.
