Any more Bluetooth / BLE code examples?

Anyone have examples using BLE? I can advertise and start a pairing by using the example code I've found in the docs, but I don't know what to do after that. Being able to send/receive characters to a Bluetooth terminal app, or move a mouse would be very cool.

I may be incorrect about this and please someone correct me If I am. But isnt BLE more about reading small packets of info (like an advert or a characteristic) rather than a two way socket?
