      I don't know why I can't save the actual time in my ESP32 when I disconnect and connect again my device. Could someone help me? If I get some extract it could be for help. Thanks

        The RTC of the ESP32 does not work if not powered.
        Even in deepsleep mode the firmware is such that the RTC of the ESP32 forgets its value.
        In that case you will need an external RTC which you read when the device restarts.
