On air time of lopy

Is there a way to get the lora "on air time" , basically the time i am doing tx?

I am asking becuase of gov. restrictions (the 1%)
Or asked otherwise, do I have to take care with my user code that the restriction is fullfilled or is somewhere else in the stack taken care of this?
