Cant connect to the WiPy3.0 at all, even in safe boot

I cant seem to connect to my wipy 3.0

I keep getting the following error:

@Joaquim-Vieira Are you sure it is COM4? You can verify by opening the device manager and plugging & unplugging your device. The COM port in questions should appera and disappear in the com sections of the devices.

@Joaquim-Vieira do you have mounted the wipy on an expansion boad or pyscan or pytrack and conned via usb? You could try to connect using wifi.
