Sending data from WiPy to the SQL database on Raspberry Pi

Hey,
my problem is as follows, I want to send data received from a GPS module connected to WiPy to a SQL database that is located on Raspberry Pi 3B+.

The idea is that the WiPy module will be connected to a WIFI network (e.g. when someone is in town with WiPy) and Raspberry which is located in my house it will be connected via Ethernet.

My problem is that I don't know how to make a connection between them, how to send data, how to do it so that Raspberry receives data and uploads it to the database?

Best way would be to run Node Red on the Pi, ingest data from pycom over MQTT and let Node Red write to SQL.
