GPy LTE with Sprint

We have deployed a number of units in US with Hologram SIM's that are connecting successfully and reliably to Sprint towers. However, they are only able to send data. Inbound TCP packets are lost and Inbound TCP connections are not possible. Hologram has traced this to the device and claim this is not a network or carrier issue. Is this a modem related setting? Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and US Celluar do not have this issue.
