Revert FiPy from NBIoT to CatM

How do we revert the FiPy modem firmware to CatM support once we've upgraded to NBIoT support? Did I read that once the firmware is changed, it cannot be changed back?

@barryjump You can always install the other modem firmware doing a full update.
