Question regarding satellite communication

Hi,

Is it possible to use the LoPy4 development board along with this antenna to send LoRa signals to one of the satellites supporting LoRa? Assuming one has all the licenses required for doing it.

or if you are aware of a board with an antenna that can be used for satellite connection pls provide me with a link.

Did something get lost in translation here? Can you provide any source/reference for "satellites supporting LoRa"?
