Other SIM card provider for FiPy board

Just wanted to know if it is possible to use a SIM card provider other than 1NCE for the FiPy board.
If no, is anyone aware of how good the connection is in California, and what are the data rates?

@Akshay-Khushu You can use every SIM card provider offering either NB-IOT or LTE-M. Just go for the one offering a good service in your region.
