Paid support for Pycom

Two weeks ago I ordered 1 Hour of Support from Pycom to help me with some issues with GPy LTE connectivity. I haven't heard anything back and no response from @support or @sales after various emails. Anyone else have a similar issue with paid support, it ain't cheap!
