Pygate IOT config question

  • I am confused about setting up the gateway id on the IOT site. The issue is that when i use the Pybytes tool for my pygate it gives me an id under

    Devices--> Configuration-->Expansion Board
    configuration setting (see value in the image) when I get the configuration file it contains the Gateway id where the EUI is stored using iot version of the config file.

    this is from the global config file on the iot site:

        "gateway_ID": "30AEA4FFFE00778C",
        "server_address": "nam1.cloud.thethings.network",
        "serv_port_up": 1700,
        "serv_port_down": 1700,
        "serv_enabled": true

    and this is from the pybytes site:

        "gateway_ID": "da09c4ea070cfe88",
        "server_address": "nam1.cloud.thethings.network",
        "serv_port_up": 1700,
        "serv_port_down": 1700,
        "serv_enabled": true

    You can see the two different values. Which one is correct with all my attempts I deleted the gateway entry that I used this value on and as you may know you cannot reuse a deleted id. I'm stuck and need a boost.

    thank you
