LoPy lost access, main.py might still run, no more wifi or serial

Hi,

Updated to latest Firmware 1.6.7b1, uploaded (over wifi/ftp) a Lora main.py which also turned led Red.
After this, Led turns red but also lost all wifi, USB or serial contact.
Tried 3 safe boot options, no change: led will trun red & nothing further.
serial (P0/P1) gives:

Solution was to flash the new firmware, then I could upload again.

Try flashing it again. Also the latest firmware should be 1.6.10.b1 not 1.6.7

Probably socket is set to blocking?

Usually a safe boot should work in these cases.
Could you explain the steps that you have tried so far in detail?
