Sync not working with latest Atom plugin?

Have update the plugin this morning (13th May) and am now in a world of pain.. 'Sync' hangs indefinitely, so I am back to using Filezilla

Same here. Sync does not work reliably with pymakr and the plugin.
It says sync finished and then when i opent the device with filezilla main.py is 0 bytes.
