pSRAM OEM Moduls need bootstrap HIGH VDD_SDIO 1.8V?

greetings fly out to friends all over the globe.
i have a question to the just in time shipped OEM mods with external RAM
does we need pull up bootstrap GPIO12 for VDD_SDIO 1.8V or is this not need cause eFuse / or just done in the MOD.
