os.dupterm() causes board to reset

I'm using os.dupterm() to try and move the repl over to a RedisStream FileIO object.

The wipy2 gives an error and resets as soon as any output to the repl is generated. I'm trying to determine if the issue is something wrong in the implementation of the FileIO object or if this is an issue with how os.dupterm() works on the wipy/wipy2. I have seen a similar issue on the wipy1 as well.

This works fine on the esp8266 btw.
