wipy-wlan-* does not work with key www.wipy.io

Hi,
We messed up the main.py on our wipy2.0 and are trying to connect to the default wlan created by wipy2.0 when safe boot with factory firmware (by pulling up G28).
However the key "www.wipy.io" does not work. We tried connecting from a range of devices including linux and mac, even a phone. It doesnt connect due to incorrect password.
Are we missing anything obvious here ?
