Uploading Library to device

Hello,
I am using the Pytrack and LoPy devices and have upgraded them to the latest versions (1.9.2.b2, v0.0.7)
I am trying to figure out how to upload the libraries to my Pytrack and I am having a lot of trouble following the solutions that I have been finding. Does anyone know of a tutorial that shows every step (even the really basic steps). There seems to be a bit of assumed knowledge in some of the solutions I have found. Unfortunately I have no prior experience with anything like this.

It seems I have worked it out, incase anyone else has the same problem, I watched this video:

From about 20minutes.

My problem here was that I wasn't removing the project .atom which was coming up automatically, I needed to remove that so it only synchronized with the new project folder.
