How to Get REPUTATION for Posting Instantly !

I am trying to post or reply thread but every time its shows wait for 600sec. until you have 3 REPUTATIONs. Sometimes the person who is online has become offline.
Please let me know how do I earn reputation to reply someone instantly.

@frida I understand that, but after a few good posts and a minimum of reputation it should drop the limitation entirely.

It is there only to reject spammers.

@shridattdudhat I upvoted your post which should give you one point of reputation, I suppose.
I agree it's mightily annoying, I still have to wait 3 minutes between posts. I think the thresholds are way off.
