What is OSError 118?

I keep getting it when sending a UDP packet.

@livius That was my first guess but I've dropped the power to the lowest possible level (15%) and it's as far away as I can make it. I have counted 90 Wi-Fi signals in the area though, which is staggering!

Only guess, but maybe this is the problem..
Try with longer distance.

I seem to have a problem with connecting to the router. I can successfully connect 1 in about 30-50 attempts. I've looked at the router logs and it looks like it sometimes tries to authenticate multiple times. Sometimes it succeeds and assigns an IP address but the device doesn't register a connection. Other times the router doesn't pick up any requests at all. Once connected it sometimes drops during a session. The router is 1m away! I'm having a very bad day!
