Pymark cannot download in specific folder

Atom and Pymark on Windows7
Download works, but when trying to specify in a folder different than the one in the atom install folder then the 2 path concatenate and of course it is not working

Download failed.: ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir 'C:\Users\frocha.atom\C:\Software\Pycom\prj1'

There was another folder that was open in the project Tab that seem to be creating some confusion. Once I removed it, then it started working properly.
But still when doing download just main and boot are read.
How can I upload the libraries ?
