Changed settings are nog kept?

I changed the USB settings in the Pymkr plugin, but when trying to connect, the old settings are being used. I also restarted Atom, to no avail...

I notice you are changing the global settings, but there is a pymakr.conf file in your list of files on the left hand side. Settings in pymakr.conf are specific to the currently open project and always take precedence over global settings.
