I just bought the GPy, and I have some problems getting my code to run at boot. When I connect the USB cable the main LED is a constant green color, and the REPL doesn't respond in the atom plugin. I don't even see the >>>. It doesn't seem like my code runs either.

However, when I press the reset button, it boots properly. The light blinks blue, the plugin connects, and my main.py runs.

I have the latest plugin version, and I've flashed the firmware several times. How can I fix this, so that it boots properly without having to press the reset button?

@sindrestephansen That happens with my FiPy too, not every time, but often. It came with one of the recent versions, like 1.13 or 1.14.
