Mock libraries for supporting linter in VSC

Hi

From previous posting I see that it will not be realistic to have an emulation environment on the desktop. However one thing that would help would be to have mock librariers with interface signatures so that linter in Visual Studio Code is working.

Is this available or is there a way to easily generate this based on real libraries?
