LoPy4 - Both LoRa antennae required?

G'day, I have a LoPy4 and will be using LoRa on the AU915 region. I have one antenna attached to the LoRa/Sigfox u.FL connector. Will I damage the radio if I use LoRa AU915 (but not 433MHz) with no antenna connected at the 433MHz u.FL connector?
