can not install pymakr in atom 1.28.0

@Orcua In the meantime a new Pymakr version has been released (v1.3.5) that supports atom 1.28.

We try to stay up to date with any breaking changes in Atom, but sometimes it takes some effort to make it compatible.

@orcua Hey I had the same issue. In Atom, go to the Help menu, pick About. Uncheck the Automatically download updates box. Close Atom.

Go to Atom Releases on Github, download the installer for the prior version. I used 1.27.2 (AtomSetup-x64.exe for Win10), install that without removing the existing version.
