New firmware release - 0.9.7.b1

Hello everyone,

Firmware 0.9.7.b1 has just been released. After a hard week of work, here is the list of changes:

• Add AES support (inside moducrypto).
• Add the machine.DAC class and it's documentation.
• Update the LoRa stack and add LoRa compliance test.
• Improvements to the LoRa stack. FSK send and receive fixed.
• Minor improvements for docs. Add missing PWM reference.

Yes, that's exactly what it is.

@rskoniec Espressif released the IDF 1.0 last week which includes BLE and WiFi coexistence. We are working on integrating it and it's planned for release next Friday.

@RSK No, there wasn't. Everybody is waiting for upcoming Friday (Dec 16th). In a matter of BLE stack progress I hope someone from Pycom will respond.

I am just curious to know the progress BLE stack, is it expected to get relased on 16th Dec release.

Is there a timeframe for BLE? I need it for a deployment in the next few months. A fully integrated solution is better (lower power) than stacking, but the timing matters.

I would really like to see 802.1x (WPA Enterprise authentication) support in the WiFi stack!
Are there any plans for that in the near feature?

Without this username & password authentication, I can not use it on Eduroam.. :(

Trying to find a recent update on Bluetooth libraries. Can't seem to find anything other that an update mentioning that they should be released early November.

Is there any BLE support in 0.9.7.b1 ?

Thanks for this update, It's good to see that the firmware evolve quickly! And I'm looking foward to work with the Lora stack!

However, I still have the issue with the wifi : it crashed after a successful connection to my wifi router. I opened a topic about it : https://forum.pycom.io/topic/343/crash-when-connecting-to-my-home-wifi-router.
