Wakeup from deepsleep timer

i have a problem, that the gpy go to sleep, but he dont wakeup after time is finish.
Why ?

machine.deepsleep(60000) # 1 Minute
#machine.deepsleep(7200000) # 2 Stunden```

I have the same problem with some of my GPY.

You are powering the GPY with 5V?
