Gpy FREZZES URGENT!

I have installed pycom gpy at client locations. It seems that it works for 1-2 days and then it freezes and does not send any data. I had installed it without the Cellular radio firmware release (SQN3330) update. Is this which causing the problem?

Hi @tanmay07,

Could you check the firmware version of the devices? (os.uname())
What code are you running on them? Are you using WiFi, Bluetooth, or LTE?
