VSCode 1.26.1 - Breaking Change?
-
I just upgraded MS VSCode from Ver 1.25.1 to Ver 1.26.1 (the July 2018 release) and the Pycom Console failed to load. Just to prove it, I downgraded to Ver 1.25.1, and the Console re-appeared.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
I will stick with 1.25.1 as a workaround in the meantime.

@charly86 @Martinnn We've released a new version (

@martinnn
It still happens with latest VS Studio V1.27.1

@dan said in VSCode 1.26.1 - Breaking Change?:
Hi @serafimsaudade, we are still fixing a few issues that came up (probably because of some changes in VSCode). We are planning to release the update beginning of next week.
@dan - that was beginning of last week. Any updates?

Hi,
Any news about the resolution of this problem?

Hi @RodgerG,
@arthurlutz is right, the issue has been already reported there. We'll release a fix early next week. In the meantime, use 1.25.1 if you can.

I think this problem is being discussed here : https://forum.pycom.io/topic/3657/lost-pymakr-pycom-console-in-vscode-after-update-vscode/2
