Sipy Error time out waiting for packet content

Hi all
i am using Sipy with pytrack board. When i am trying to upgrade my sipy using windows upgrade program i got an error time out waiting for packet content this case i have when i enable Erase flash file system. I have tried to just make a normal upgrade without Erase and it works fine but i had problem when i am trying to send GPS data to sigfox. I tried the same code with Fipy and it works well but not with Sipy.
