Sigfox token invalid

Hi,

my sigfox token seems to be expired after just one year:

Activation date: 2017-08-26
Token validity: 2018-08-26

According to this page I have to buy new tokens:
https://resources.sigfox.com/document/device-not-communicating

I always thought the sipy comes with two years of connectivity....

Has anyone managed to buy new tokens?

Hi,

I was able to reactivate the connection after paying the subscription fee at https://buy.sigfox.com/. It is about 20 EUR/year. The restart subscription button did not exist until I signed up for a new contract.

Pycom Sipy
But Sipy is announced with 2 years of free connectivity. Can anyone from Pycom clarify?

sadly the free subscription duration is changed to 1 year
