Failed to upload 22k file over FTP

Hi all!
I'm not able to upload my main.py via FTP anymore, while the Lopy is in STA mode. The connection hangs after 16k upload. I tried it with FileZilla and WinSCP. Every time the same. After a hard reset, the device goes into Ap mode, because the main.py is corrupted. Then I can upload the file without problems.
Is there a kind of watchdog inside the FTP server?

I found, that the problem only exist, while the Lopy is in time.sleep().

Can someone confirm this?

Sorry, was out of office for a few days...

uos.getfree("/flash") tells me 3986.

@thosch42 I have never noticed any limitation of the ftp server in file size. Maybe the file system is full? What does uos.getfree("/flash") tell?
