Make the WIPY to work in access point connecting serially with Wireless Sensor

How can I make WIPY work as access point or as station device as on access point zigbee modem is connected to smart street light system using mesh network of wireless light and proximity sensors.

Any suggestion to make this kind of solution work will be much useful.
